End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Definitions

"Application" means the Company Mileage Logbook mobile application including all its updates and extensions.

"Provider" means Ing. Marek Krasňan, ID: 45990361, with registered office at 94142 Veľké Lovce 33, Slovakia, registered in the Slovak Trade Register.

"User" or "You" means a natural or legal person who has downloaded and/or uses the Application.

"Device" means a mobile phone or tablet on which the Application is installed.

2. License Grant

2.1 Scope of License

The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on your devices
• Use the Application for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms

2.2 Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Copy, modify or distribute the Application
• Perform reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly of the Application
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Rent, lend or sublicense the Application to third parties
• Use the Application for illegal purposes
• Create derivative works based on the Application

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

The Application and all related content (including but not limited to: source code, graphics, icons, texts, sounds, databases) are the property of the Provider or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

3.2 Your Data

You remain the owner of all data you enter into the Application. You grant the Provider a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Updates and Maintenance

The Provider may periodically release Application updates. These updates may include:

• Bug fixes and security patches
• New features and improvements
• User interface changes

We recommend keeping the Application always updated for the best user experience and security.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranty that the Application will meet all your requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the license in the last 12 months

8. GPS and Data Accuracy

The Application uses GPS technology for route tracking. You acknowledge that:

• GPS accuracy depends on external factors (weather, buildings, tunnels)
• Typical accuracy is 5-15 meters
• The Application is not a certified distance measuring device
• For tax and accounting purposes, we recommend data verification

9. License Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the Application from all your devices.

9.2 By Provider

The Provider may terminate this license if:

• You violate the terms of this agreement
• You use the Application in a fraudulent or illegal manner
• The Provider discontinues the Application

9.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon license termination:

• You lose the right to use the Application
• You must uninstall the Application
• You may request export of your data before termination

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved:

1. First by friendly agreement between the parties
2. In case of failure, through mediation
3. Subsequently before the competent courts of the Slovak Republic

11. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Agreement Changes

The Provider reserves the right to change this license agreement. You will be notified of significant changes through the Application or email. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Entire Agreement

This license agreement together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Application.
